Is It Legit? is currently a B2B prototype and demonstration site. This notice explains the basic information we may collect when you use the demo or contact us.
Who we are
You can contact us at neil@isitlegit.bet.
What we may collect
- Business enquiry details such as your name, company, role, email address and message content.
- Questionnaire answers submitted in the embedded demo flow.
- Free-text answers you choose to provide.
- Basic technical and analytics data, such as browser, device type, approximate location, page views and session identifiers.
Why we use this information
- To operate and improve the prototype demo.
- To respond to business enquiries.
- To understand whether the flow, copy and routing logic are clear and useful.
- To design potential operator pilots, subject to separate commercial and data-processing terms where needed.
What we do not do in this demo
- We do not take deposits or operate gambling accounts.
- We do not access operator accounts.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through free-text boxes.
Operator pilots
If we run a branded pilot with an operator, data collection, processing roles, retention, security, reporting and deletion will need to be agreed in the relevant contract, DPIA/DPA or equivalent documentation.
Sharing
We may use hosting, analytics, email, booking and application infrastructure providers to operate the site and demo. These providers process data only as needed to provide those services.
Retention
Prototype and enquiry data may be kept for product analysis, improvement and business follow-up. We aim to keep it no longer than reasonably necessary.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, subject to legal and technical limits. Contact neil@isitlegit.bet.
Important note
Do not submit gambling account details, financial information, medical information or other sensitive personal information unless we have explicitly agreed an appropriate process for it.
